3. Glass bottle soot purification section. If the spraying workpiece process requirements are relatively high, this section is essential, otherwise if there is a lot of dust adsorption on the workpiece, the workpiece surface after processing will have a lot of granular, so that the quality is reduced;
4. Powder spraying section. This section of the most critical is the technical problems of the powder spraying master, to create good quality, money to pay for a good master is very worthwhile;
5. Drying section.This section should pay attention to is the temperature and baking time, powder generally 180-200 degrees is best, depending on the material of the workpiece.There are drying furnace from the powder spraying room should not be too far, generally 6 meters as well.
